Rates are in effect January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012.
Rates listed are for individual travel only while on government business. Government rates are exclusive of all taxes and local government fees and levies. All government travellers will be subject to all provincial, local and federal taxes and fees or levies that are assessed by a government; e.g. hotel room tax. These taxes will be additional to the rate shown. Charges for basic operating costs incurred by a property, e.g. energy levy, Destination Marketing Fee (DMF) are included in the rates, although the additional charges may be broken down on your invoice. Before contacting this office please ensure that the invoice balance is minus the applicable government taxes and equals the rate that is posted on our website.
Bed and Breakfast properties are included in the list and a full breakfast is included in the base rate for these properties.
When searching and you get no results it either means you have to try again with different criteria or it means properties in that area did not respond to our requests for rates. Also, if you are searching for a more rural area, try changing the radius under “Advanced Options” from the default of 20km.
Reminder: At the beginning of each new year please update your bookmarks and delete your temporary internet files by going into Tools then Internet Options then under Browsing History click on Delete then under Temporary Internet Files click on Delete files, this will ensure that you are viewing the correct rates for the current year.
